All sessions per term to be paid for (no refunds for illness or holidays)

Breakfast Club

All children must be pre booked into breakfast club

Payment may be made using cheques, Cash, Bacs or kiddivouchers (or similar)

 We would like to ensure that no child misses out on the playgroup experience due to financial hardship. Playgroup can make arrangements in a limited number of cases to part source finance from other organisations to ensure this is possible. All hardship cases should however be agreed by the management prior to the sessions being taken. Confidentiality will of course be observed. Parents should contact the Playleader or Administrator in the first instance. 

Government funding for children over 3

Children are entitled to 15 hours of government funding starting from the term after their third birthday, which can be split between two settings that the child attends. Nursery education funding is split into 3 distinct periods per year: 1st Jan - 31st March; 1st April - 31 August; 1st September - 31 December. Funding is paid for up to 15 hours per week for 38 weeks per year split into terms of 12 or 14 weeks, not including any holiday. The following table shows when a child is eligible to receive funding until statutory school age, (all dates are inclusive):

Child born between:
1st January and 31st March will be eligible for a free place from the start of the SUMMER term following their 3rd birthday
1st April to 31 August will be eligible for a free place from the start of the AUTUMN term following their 3rd birthday
1st September to 31st December will be eligible for a free place from the start of the SPRING term following their 3rd birthday
